To develop, manage, and sustain strong corporate relationships and identify new business opportunities that align with the hospitals growth strategy. The role involves promoting the hospitals services to corporate clients, insurance companies, and other institutional partners to drive patient footfall and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Tie-ups: Identify and establish partnerships with corporates, industries, and PSUs for eye care services. Manage and strengthen existing corporate relationships for patient referrals and health check-up programs. Business Development: Plan and execute business development activities to increase walk-ins and revenue. Generate leads through field visits, meetings, and networking events. Prepare and present business proposals and agreements to potential partners. Camp & Outreach Activities: Organize and manage on-site eye screening camps at corporate offices and industrial zones. Coordinate with internal clinical teams for smooth camp execution and patient follow-up. Insurance & TPA Coordination: Liaise with TPA/insurance companies to enhance empanelment and billing opportunities. Assist in resolving insurance-related queries from patients or corporates. Marketing & Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing team for corporate branding, signage, and awareness initiatives. Provide inputs for developing customized marketing material for corporate clients. Reporting & Analysis: Maintain detailed reports of corporate visits, leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
