1. Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials. 2. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. 3. Creation of Wireframes 4. Graphic Design of web page layouts based on client requirements/wireframes 5. Conversion of PSD designs to pixel perfect Responsive Web Design 6. Front-end Development using jQuery 7. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop 8. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Requirements: 1. Expertise in creating PSD graphic designs using Photoshop 2. Experience as a UI/UX Designer or in related field. 3. Demonstrable graphic design & we design skills with a strong portfolio. 4. Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator. 5. A strong eye for visual composition. 6. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 7. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. 8. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. 9. Experience with computer-aided design. NOTE (Applicable for Freshers): 1.The shortlisted candidates must agree to a bond of 24 months with our organization. Bond Summary: No resignation from his/her current role shall be accepted by the company in the first 24 months of his/her employment in the company. 2. Employment will be full time and the employee has to attend office on daily basis. There is no "work from home" provision for us till any circulation from the Government. 3. Internship programme is available for freshers . Internship period - 2 to 3 months . Stipend available .
