Role Specifics: Graphic Design for content related to business, education, and careers In-office role, based in Express Chambers, Royapettah, Chennai. 40 hour work week. Role Summary: IVB - Institute of Venture Building, is an institute for entrepreneurship, based in Chennai. Our flagship program is a 3 year offline undergraduate program on entrepreneurship, where students learn from industry experts (Year 1), gain experience through internships (Year 2), and build a business with co-founders, funding, and mentorship (Year 3). You will be part of our design & video team, creating graphics, working directly with our co-founder, a creator with ~300k followers on Instagram and an MBA from IIM Calcutta Responsibilities: Brand Identity: Help create and refine identities for brands, in alignment with their vision and user persona Informational Graphics: Create graphics such as presentations and brochures Social Media Graphics: Create promotional and social media graphics Content Optimization: Track performance of content to refine execution Desired Profile: The ideal candidate would be someone who loves and understand design, has a refined design sense, and flair for creating engaging and exciting graphic content Selection Process: Screening based on profile and samples of work 1 round of interview
