Job Description

The Corporate HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business leaders across corporate functions, driving people strategies that enable business performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The role ensures alignment between HR and business goals while overseeing the delivery of core HR processes at the corporate level.

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Partner with corporate functional heads (e.g., Finance, Legal, IT, Corporate Affairs) to understand business plans and develop HR strategies to support them.
  • Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent deployment.
  • Align HR initiatives with the companys strategic priorities and values.

Talent Management

  • Lead performance management cycle execution for corporate functions.
  • Identify capability gaps and partner with L&D to create targeted development plans.
  • Support succession planning for critical corporate roles.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and development conversations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a high-engagement culture by proactively addressing employee concerns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct or oversee investigations into employee issues as needed.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning.

HR Operations and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices across corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver HR services effectively.
  • Analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.

Change Management

  • Support leaders in driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a change champion by communicating and reinforcing the need for change.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with senior corporate leaders, HR peers, and COE teams.
  • Influence and coach stakeholders to adopt best practices in people management.
