Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven HR professional to join our Corporate HR team with a focus on Learning & Development and HR Business Partnering. The role involves managing training programs end-to-end, deriving actionable insights from employee feedback tool and supporting a small business division as an HR partner. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development Program manage key training initiatives calendar planning, coordination, tracking, and feedback analysis. Partner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and implement relevant interventions. Collaborate with external vendors to drive learning effectiveness. Amber (AI Chatbot) Insights & Analytics Own the Amber platform for CHRO monitor responses, identify trends, and derive people insights. Prepare dashboards and present findings to senior leadership and Business Heads. Proactively suggest interventions based on employee sentiment and feedback data. HR Business Partnering Support HRBP activities for a small division within the company. Assist in employee lifecycle activities onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and exit. Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring seamless communication. Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in HR 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to L&D, analytics, or HRBP. Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into narratives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to HR tech tools is a plus.
