Corporate Events Manager

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and dynamic Manager – Events & Projects to plan, organize, and deliver safety events for our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will not only oversee event operations but also lead a team of Project Coordinators and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of projects within defined timelines and budgets.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES -

• Understand the requirements, objectives, and scope of each event organised across the country.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, training, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth planning and execution of events.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to align requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with clients to capture needs, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.
• Monitor event preparation and on-ground execution to ensure quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.
• Lead and motivate the event team, ensuring clear task allocation, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; negotiate smartly to achieve cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure all contracted services are delivered as agreed.
• Track work progress at every stage, proactively addressing bottlenecks and challenges.
• Prepare regular progress updates, post-event reports, and feedback analyses to drive process improvement.

Education & Other Skills required -

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Events & Project Management, including at least 3 years in a team leadership/management role.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles (corporate or large-scale events preferred).
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
