Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote the bank's brand and reputation Manage all external communication channels including press releases, media relations, social media, and corporate website Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders Create and distribute engaging and informative content for various platforms Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels Plan and execute events and campaigns to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation Act as a spokesperson for the bank and handle all media inquiries and interviews Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify potential communication opportunities and risks Manage crisis communication and provide timely and effective responses to any issues that may arise Education Qualifications Graduation: Any graduation Post Graduation: Any post-graduation Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience
