Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire

pre-opening process

for new bars and restaurants, ensuring smooth execution.
Develop and implement

pre-opening checklists, SOPs, and operational strategies.
Coordinate with

architects, designers, and contractors

to ensure timely setup of the venue.
Work with the culinary and beverage teams for

menu development and pricing strategies.
Source and manage relationships with

vendors, suppliers, and equipment providers.
Ensure compliance with

licensing, legal, and regulatory requirements

for opening new outlets.
Recruit, train, and develop

staff members
ensuring they align with brand values and service excellence.
Establish and manage

budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting

for new projects.
Plan and execute pre-launch

marketing, branding, and PR activities

in coordination with the marketing team.
Oversee the

trial runs, soft openings, and grand launches, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years

of experience in hospitality, specifically in pre-opening bars and restaurants.
Proven track record of successfully opening and launching

F&B outlets.
Strong knowledge of

restaurant operations, P&L management, and cost control.
Experience in

vendor negotiation, licensing processes, and staff training.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of

market trends, guest experience, and brand positioning.
