Roles and Responsibility

Handle sales and operations for existing clients and conduct continuous follow-ups.
Connect with clients to understand their needs and work with trainers to set up tech calls.
Collaborate with the trainer acquisition team and oversee the training delivery process.
Negotiate rates with clients and ensure timely issue resolution.
Continuously follow up to generate new requirements and maintain client relationships.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
