Job Description

Note: To fulfill this role, candidates should be CA / CPA certified.


  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or audit.
  • Proficiency in ERPNext, QuickBooks, or equivalent accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian compliance — GST, TDS, payroll taxes, and statutory filings.
  • Ability to maintain accurate books of accounts, including daily entries and reconciliations.
  • Familiar with vendor management, invoicing, and receivable tracking.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for financial modeling, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Experience preparing management reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
  • Experience integrating finance workflows with automation tools (e.g., n8n)
  • Understanding of controls and audit processes — approvals, documentation, and reporting readiness.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and CEO-facing reporting
