As an EY Assurance Senior, you will be the main point of contact from GDS for tasks assigned by the global client serving assurance teams. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations of engagements and ensuring timely and quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely and high-quality work aligned with EY Global Audit Methodology and global team expectations. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of engagements and EY GAM while performing reviews of procedures, utilizing EY tools effectively. - Develop productive relationships with key EY Global counterparts and embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into the team's work. - Discuss workflow management, allocate resources, monitor team performance, and handle operational matters efficiently. - Demonstrate professionalism and clarity in communication with GDS and Global teams, motivating and leading team members effectively. - Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardize review processes, and leverage best practices across engagements. Qualification Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) - Articleship with other big four or mid-tier accounting firms - ACCA/CPA with 2+ years of relevant work experience - Non-Qualified (B.
