About the Role

Copywriter

Key Responsibilities

Craft compelling, on-brand copy for campaigns, videos, social media, presentations, and internal comms
Write scripts for brand films and product explainers
Develop clear, engaging case studies and client-facing decks
Help define and evolve OB’s tone of voice and content style guide
Collaborate with design, marketing, and strategy teams to deliver sharp, persuasive communication
Stay on top of trends in office culture, business, design, and tech

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of writing experience in advertising, branding, or content-driven roles
A portfolio that showcases storytelling, brevity, and versatility
Ability to write for multiple audiences—C-suite clients, designers, vendors, and employees
Comfortable switching between long-form (case studies, decks) and short-form (social, headlines)
