POSITION- Copy Supervisor

EXPERIENCE- 5 - 7 Years

LOCATION- Vile Parle, Mumbai

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide junior and mid-level copywriters in crafting creative, engaging content.

Review, edit, and refine copy for campaigns, digital content, social media, and other marketing materials.

Collaborate with Creative, Client Servicing, and Visual teams to develop concepts and ideas.

Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all client communications.

Mentor and provide constructive feedback to the team, fostering growth and creativity.

Keep abreast of trends, language, and storytelling techniques to enhance campaign impact.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in advertising or digital content creation.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
