The Role

As a Coordinator - Talent Sourcing you'll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top - tier candidates to meet our organization's hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you'll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our company's values and requirements.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with the recruitment team and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy for all the Hiring demands.
• Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, databases, and other creative methods, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
• Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for all the roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the SLAs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence in talent acquisition Industry, and provide recommendations to optimize sourcing strategies & prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Skills & Experience

You’ll need to demonstrate:

• 3+ years of Sourcing Experience with Excellent communications skills (Verbal & Written).
• Proven sourcing and effective stakeholder management skills.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
• Expertise in Leadership hiring and Volume hiring delivery.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to changing technology and industry trends.
• Organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively.
• Must have knowledge of MS Office.
• Minimum- Graduate/Bachelors in any stream.
