Job Description

Coordinator Sales & Service assisting in sales operations, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documentation Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions Back office sales coordination Customer Enquiry handling, costing and estimation Weekly reports generation Mail correspondence Sales order processing Exposure to CRM/ERP (preferably in Zoho) Techno Commercial Offer Preparation Customer Account Managements Support the sales team by handling day-to-day administrative tasks
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability, pricing, and specifications
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and update customer information in CRM
Coordinate with the inventory and purchase teams Track order status and communicate updates to customers
Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations as needed

Requirements

3-5 years with relevant industry experience (Preferred) Experience in handling OEM / Manufacturing Customers Any Bachelordegree Well versed in Microsoft office/G-Suite ERP / CRM Knowledge (Zoho / Tally) Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Performance Bonus Paid Leave
