Job Description

Role Overview: As the Coordinator, Account Management at Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy (HVMB), your primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Homes & Villas Account Management team. You will work closely with the HVMB Continent leadership team to assist in various tasks including systems management, process improvement, database maintenance, and reporting. Your role also involves supporting the continent Homes and Villas Account Management team and Home Management Company partners. You will report directly to the Director, International Account Management at HVMB. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Utilize Excel at an intermediate level for reporting purposes - Create presentations for meetings - Coordinate meeting logistics such as venue, agendas, presentations, and minutes - Organize conference calls and manage RSVPs - Address requests for assistance and information - Process requests and documents through Salesforce & DocuSign - Track project progress, follow-up on tasks, and maintain project-related documents - Manage communications with prospective and current Home Management Companies (HMC) - Handle HMC financial setup and bank account changes on Marriott billing systems - Assist in onboarding and removing home listings on the platform - Ensure the quality of new home listings added to the platform in collaboration with the Continent Operations team - Provide support and training on HVMB Portal to HMC partners - Coordinate and monitor all activities of HMC partners (marketing, insurance, etc.) - Generate and maintain reports for HMC partners (home listing availability, pricing, etc.) - Update HMC account records in SalesForce Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent international degree - 2+ years of experience in business/partnership development, real estate/home rental development, property management, or relevant business field - Strong project management and organizational skills with a customer service-oriented approach - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively - Proven track record of delivering results under pressure - Self-starter with proactive work ethic - Effective collaborator in global team settings - Professional demeanor with confident decision-making abilities - Entrepreneurial mindset and analytical thinking skills - Strong interpersonal and email communication skills - Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences or meetings - Proficiency in written and verbal English Additional Company Details: Marriott International is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and promotes an inclusive, people-first culture.
