Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to drive insurance business.
Generate leads from bank walk-in customers, existing customers, and branch activities.
Understand customer insurance needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Achieve monthly sales targets for life insurance policies.
Conduct regular product training and support for bank employees.
Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain compliance with all processes.
Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities at the branch.
Maintain accurate reports of sales, leads, and business conversions.
Graduation required.
Experience in sales, bancassurance, or financial products preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented.
Ability to work closely with bank teams.
