Ingredient Preparation : Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions. Quality Control : Help ensure that baked goods meet quality standards and customer expectations. Kitchen Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including washing equipment and tools. Inventory Assistance : Assist in managing ingredients and supplies to ensure that the bakery has all necessary materials. Customer Service : Occasionally interact with customers, provide information about products, and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. Recipe Development : Assist with testing new recipes and products, providing feedback to the head baker. Packaging and Display : Help with the packaging and presentation of baked goods for display in the bakery. Requirements : Education : Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a culinary program (preferably with a focus on baking or pastry arts). Skills : Strong interest in baking and pastry. Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for learning.
