We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team on a Luxury Cruise Line. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

• Prepare high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus and ensure food quality.
• Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and regulations.

• Proven experience as a cook in a luxury setting, preferably on a cruise line.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
