As an accomplished leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS and strong academic credentials from a top-tier institution, you will be stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) where you will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of operations. Your main focus will be ensuring excellence across all customer touchpoints and internal processes.
