Job Description

As a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist - Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of data-backed experiments, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization tactics across websites, landing pages, and funnels. You will collaborate with performance marketing, UX/UI design, product, and development teams to drive better business outcomes through improved digital experiences. Additionally, you will engage with clients as Consulting Professionals to design, build, and implement strategies that enhance business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Conversion Strategy & Execution** - Develop and own a holistic CRO strategy aligned with digital growth KPIs. - Identify conversion roadblocks across the funnel using qualitative and quantitative insights. - Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and split tests across web, mobile, and landing pages. - Prioritize hypotheses using frameworks like ICE or PIE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) to focus on high-impact tests. - **User Behavior Analysis** - Utilize analytics tools and behavior analytics to understand user flows and friction points. - Analyze data from session replays, heatmaps, click maps, and scroll maps to identify UX issues. - Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and form analytics to improve journey efficiency. - **Test Design & Experimentation** - Plan and implement A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, or similar. - Partner with design and development teams to build and launch experiments across platforms. - Monitor test performance, statistical significance, and draw actionable insights. - **Data & Reporting** - Build dashboards and reports to track conversion metrics. - Translate data insights into UX recommendations and optimization ideas. - Present results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. - **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management** - Work closely with various teams to align goals and integrate CRO activities. - Provide stakeholders with testing best practices, success metrics, and behavioral science insights. **Qualifications Required:** - Deep understanding of analytics, A/B testing, and conversion funnels. - Hands-on experience with CRO tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization tools. - Strong analytical thinking with an ability to turn insights into action. - Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer psychology, and behavior-driven design. - Experience running optimization experiments for eCommerce, SaaS, or D2C brands. - Certification in CRO, UX, or Google Analytics.
