Job Description

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst

CRO

customer journeys, traffic intent, messaging, and friction removal across the funnel.


What You Will Do Everyday

  • Audit funnels and user journeys

    for both eCommerce and service/lead-gen businesses
  • Analyze data

    (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, behavior flows) to find bottlenecks & drop-offs
  • Map traffic intent to conversion paths

    — no generic recommendations without context
  • Develop hypotheses and prioritize experiments

    using structured frameworks
  • Collaborate with copy/design/dev

    to execute A/B tests, LP iterations, and UX fixes
  • Review post-test data & extract insights

    — not just “win/lose” but “why/next”
  • Work with paid team to align pre-click and post-click messaging

  • Build repeatable CRO documentation

    — research decks, findings, playbooks, and roadmaps


Must-Have Skills

  • 3–6 years in

    CRO or growth optimization roles

  • Strong understanding of

    data tools

    : GA4, GTM, Hotjar/Clarity, Looker Studio
  • Familiar with

    traffic sources (Meta/Google/LinkedIn)

    and their impact on on-site behavior
  • Can translate data into

    hypotheses, not opinions

  • Knowledge of

    offer psychology, persuasion & UX heuristics

  • Experience running or supporting

    A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing + creative + dev
  • Exposure to global brands —

    education or work experience outside India preferred


Big Plus

  • Experience in

    eCommerce or high-ticket lead funnels

  • Familiarity with Webflow / Shopify / Unbounce / VWO / Optimizely
  • Understanding of direct-response messaging and landing page copy principles
  • Use of AI tools for research, synthesis, and test ideation

    across funnel stages (LP, form, checkout, booked call)
  • Number and quality of experiments launched

  • Funnel efficiency metrics

  • Alignment with traffic strategy
