Controller-Food & Beverage

You will be responsible for managing food inventories, calculating costs, and placing orders. This includes maintaining organized records, conducting inventory audits, and completing requisition forms. You will also need to verify received inventory, reconcile invoices, and monitor PAR levels to ensure proper stock levels. In addition, you will be expected to adhere to food safety policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Calculating figures for food inventories, orders, and costs - Maintaining clear and organized records - Conducting inventory audits and completing requisition forms - Verifying received inventory and reconciling invoices - Monitoring PAR levels for all food items - Adhering to food safety policies and procedures To qualify for this role, you will need: - High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent - At least 1 year of related work experience At Marriott International, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion.
