Control Room Operator

Control Room Operator job typically involves responding to consumer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive consumer experience through various channels like phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and efficient responses to receive, review and revert the consumer's complaints on phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other communication provided by the organisation. Addressing and resolving consumer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently. analyse, identify faults, if any, and prepare a report of CCMS and Lights from the SCADA Portal. ⁠Resolve and respond to the consumer after confirming with the field maintenance team. ⁠Daily updates on ILM working and send details of LIGHT failure to the Maintenance team, also updates on resolved work to the Project Maintenance Manager. Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer consumer queries Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex issues with other team members and departments to ensure consumer satisfaction. Keep accurate and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
