Job Profile: Computer Operator (24x7 Operation) Job Title: Computer Operator – 24x7 Operations Job Type: Full-Time | Shift-Based (Rotational/Fixed Night Shifts) | Onsite ATMS Control Room Operations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Operational Support: • Control Room Operations and monitoring of ATMS, at Delhi Mumbai Expressway PKG-III. • Execute scheduled batch jobs, backups, and automated tasks. • Monitor job logs, address job failures, and escalate unresolved issues. • Incident Management: • Respond to incidents, document activities, and communicate with relevant teams. • Reporting and Documentation: • Maintain logs and reports of system activities, errors, downtime, and incident resolutions. • Document shift handovers and update SOPs as needed. • Security Compliance: • Monitor and report security events such as unauthorized access or suspicious activity. • Follow standard protocols for data protection and physical/logical security. Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Qualification: • Diploma/Associate/Bachelor’s degree , IT, or related field. • Technical Skills: • Basic understanding of networking and server management. • Knowledge of backup software, • Soft Skills: • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Work Environment: • Shift-based (Morning/Evening/Night/Weekend/Holiday coverage) • Data center or office environment with physical system access. • May require long hours of screen time and alertness during non-business hours.
