Position Overview

Control Room Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor and control the production process in the control room, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Operate DCS/PLC systems to monitor and adjust plant operations in real-time.
Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly.
Maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control checks.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors/Equivalent Degree
2-5 years of experience in Ferro Alloys Process Division
