Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contractual basis via third-party payroll. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process that aligns with business needs.

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, culture).
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation as per company guidelines.
Support employer branding and recruitment drives as needed.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge in sourcing platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Good understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and talent sourcing strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under deadlines.
