About the Role

HR–Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
Support onboarding activities of selected candidates.
Help in creating job postings and advertising openings on various platforms.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent degree (pursuing or completed).
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong work ethics.
