Role & responsibilities We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for our airport Hanger project. The Contracts Manager will ensure all agreements are legally sound, align with company objectives, and mitigate risks. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of legal and contractual principles. Support Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client. Review and analyze tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment) Contract Development and Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, procurement contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. Ensure terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and legal requirements. Risk Management : Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigating measures. Prepare proposed risk mitigation plan from contractual point of view Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Contract Administration : Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related correspondence. Support project team on contract administration throughout the project lifecycle (change orders, scope extensions) Monitor contract performance, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely action. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to gather necessary input and approvals. Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues. Policy and Process Improvement : Develop and implement standard contract templates and procedures. Provide training to internal teams on contract management processes and best practices. Dispute Resolution : Manage contract disputes and coordinate with legal counsel as needed. Preferred candidate profile Experience of drafting of Agreements/ Contract/ contractual letters Good working knowledge of Indirect Taxation Handled Insurance Claims Experience of Claims Management. Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or a related role. Strong understanding of contract law and principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. QUALIFICATION: Degree- Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, Min- 8 to 15 yrs experience required in EPC contract. Both Civil and MEP contract specialists will be most suitable for the role.
