Roles & Responsibilities:- An MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP contracts, from drafting and negotiating to managing and closing them, ensuring project goals and company standards are met . They also play a crucial role in managing the entire tendering process, from pre-bid queries to final agency selection. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with MEP contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Tendering Process: Manage the entire tendering process, including pre-bid queries, post-bid clarifications, and vendor/contractor assessment. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budget vs. actual cost, prepare cost reports, and identify potential cost variances. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and consultants. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all contracts adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards. Performance Monitoring: Create and implement a performance framework for MEP contractors and suppliers, and provide post-contract performance assessments. Change Control: Manage change control processes related to MEP contracts. Issue Resolution: Provide contract-related issue resolution both internally and externally. Role & responsibilities The Contracts Executive MEP will assist in the preparation, evaluation, and administration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracts across various real estate projects. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and cost control related to MEP packages. KRA's * Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and contract agreements for MEP works. * Support in evaluating bids and technical submittals for MEP contractors and vendors. * Maintain contract records, vendor documentation, and logs of contractual correspondence. * Help review and track variations, claims, and amendments in contracts. * Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely execution of MEP contracts. * Assist in monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms. * Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation related to MEP contract progress and status. * Work under guidance of the senior contracts team to support project delivery timelines. Role & responsibilities We are hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for our airport Hanger project. The Contracts Manager will ensure all agreements are legally sound, align with company objectives, and mitigate risks. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with a strong understanding of legal and contractual principles. Support Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client. Review and analyze tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment) Contract Development and Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, procurement contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. Ensure terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and legal requirements. Risk Management : Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigating measures. Prepare proposed risk mitigation plan from contractual point of view Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Contract Administration : Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related correspondence. Support project team on contract administration throughout the project lifecycle (change orders, scope extensions) Monitor contract performance, renewals, and amendments to ensure timely action. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to gather necessary input and approvals. Serve as the point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues. Policy and Process Improvement : Develop and implement standard contract templates and procedures. Provide training to internal teams on contract management processes and best practices. Dispute Resolution : Manage contract disputes and coordinate with legal counsel as needed. Preferred candidate profile Experience of drafting of Agreements/ Contract/ contractual letters Good working knowledge of Indirect Taxation Handled Insurance Claims Experience of Claims Management. Proven experience in contract management, legal administration, or a related role. Strong understanding of contract law and principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously. QUALIFICATION: Degree- Civil/Mechanical/Electrical, Min- 8 to 15 yrs experience required in EPC contract. Both Civil and MEP contract specialists will be most suitable for the role.
