Job description Role & responsibilities Job Title: Senior Project Engineer (Interiors/ Fit Out) Location: Bangalore Experience: 8-10 Years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues. Review and approve design plans, materials, and finishes. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders. Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues promptly. Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in interior project management, with a focus on high-end residential and commercial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Experience in project management consultancy is a plus.
