Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist project teams in preparing and submitting pre-qualification documentation, Tender contacts & RFPs.
• Assist in the awarding and negotiating of subcontracts.
• Assemble and track exhibits for owner agreements and subcontracts.
• Examine bid proposals and owner agreements for potential conflicts of interest in bid documents and contracts.
• Create confidentiality agreements and other documentation as needed.

• Deliberating, creating, analysing, and negotiating commercial contract terms
• Dealing with any unanticipated expenses
• Participating in site meetings to track progress
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, project managers, and site managers.
• Ensuring that construction projects adhere to agreed-upon technical specifications
• Communicating with technical and financial personnel, subcontractors, legal teams, and the clients representatives
• Writing, evaluating, negotiating executing contracts covering a range of transactions.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers/contractors and customers.
• Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts.
• Communicating and resenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts.
• Monitoring Contracts and moving with close- out, extension or renewal of contracts.
• Problem Solving Contract related issues.
• Development cost estimates and coordinate proposals for assigned estimating projects.
• Manage multiple bids and perform as liaison between estimation team and vendor.
• Maintain and ensure bid format meet client standards. Evaluate customers request for tendour / Bid/ Quotations / RFPs documents.
• Identify and learn customer requirements for bid purposes.
• Coordinate bid inputs from all organisational departments.
• Coordinates with bid subcontractors to receive inputs on pricing on labour, materials and other costs.
• Participate pre and post bid meetings as required.
• To actively participate in the management of various tenders.
• To review and complete the bid forms and ensure that they are within the given specifications.
• To perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in timely manners.
• To closely monitors the result of the tenders and updates them in the tender register.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
