Purpose of this role:
The Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initiation and negotiation to execution and renewal. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The Contract Specialist will collaborate with various departments to support business needs and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements.
Contract Drafting and Review:
• Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to contracts in a timely manner. Contract Renewal and Termination:
• Track contract expiration dates and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.

Requirements: Required Educational Background and Professional Experience • Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles. Preferred skills:
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
