Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rate Analysis & Negotiation

Analyse rates and conduct quantity surveying before floating tenders.
Negotiate with vendors on price, timelines, and payment terms.
Ensure compliance of all negotiated terms with company policies.

2. Tendering Process

Prepare and float tenders with complete contract documents.
Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and shortlist contractors/vendors.
Ensure transparency and fairness in bidding process.

3. Contract Development & Drafting

Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify contractors and vendors.
Draft, review, and finalize work orders and contracts.
Ensure all contracts comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.

4. Contract Implementation & Monitoring

Monitor contractor performance and progress.
Collaborate with project and finance teams to resolve issues.
Verify and process contractor bills as per policies and contract terms.

5. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate records of all contracts, negotiations, and approvals.
Ensure timely contract execution and renewal.
Mitigate risks through proper contract governance.
