Contracts Executive (Night Shift)

he Contract Executive will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing legal contracts and agreements related to the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, and financing of real estate assets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring all transactions are legally sound, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the company’s strategic investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Management:
• Draft, review, and revise real estate contracts including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, NDAs, service contracts, and development agreements.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents.
• Due Diligence Support:
• Assist in managing due diligence processes including title reviews, survey analysis, zoning compliance, and environmental reports.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, title companies, escrow agents, and consultants.
• Negotiations:
• Support internal teams in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and manage risk exposure.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and counterparties.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all contracts adhere to federal, state, and local real estate laws and regulations.
• Identify potential legal and financial risks in agreements and propose mitigation strategies.
• Transaction Coordination:
• Support closings of acquisitions, dispositions, and financings by coordinating the execution of contracts and closing deliverables.
• Track key dates, contingencies, and obligations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Interface with investment, asset management, legal, and development teams to support real estate transactions from inception to closing.
• Liaise with brokers, sellers, buyers, attorneys, lenders, and governmental agencies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
