Account Executive (Night Shift)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, including processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable:
• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Accounts Receivable:
• Generate and send invoices to clients.
• Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records.
• Financial Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
• Prepare and file necessary tax returns.
• Understand and respond to notices and documents received from tax departments and other authorities.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies.
• Payment Processing:
• Process payments from clients and to vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
