This role plays a critical part in ensuring all transactions are legally sound, compliant with regulations, and aligned with the company’s strategic investment objectives. Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Draft, review, and revise real estate contracts including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, NDAs, service contracts, and development agreements. Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents. Due Diligence Support: Assist in managing due diligence processes including title reviews, survey analysis, zoning compliance, and environmental reports. Coordinate with external legal counsel, title companies, escrow agents, and consultants. Negotiations: Support internal teams in contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and manage risk exposure. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and counterparties.
