Role Highlights

Prepare, review, and manage civil contracts, work orders, and tender documents.
Ensure accurate BOQs, rate analysis, and cost control.
Negotiate terms with contractors and vendors for optimal pricing and timelines.
Collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams for smooth execution.
Monitor contract performance and resolve disputes effectively.

What Were Looking For

Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering.
12–18 years of experience in
contracts management for civil works
in real estate or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract administration.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
