Contracts Engineer

Role Overview: As a Contracts Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts within residential construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all contractual agreements are executed precisely, aligning with company standards and legal requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure favorable terms and compliance with legal standards. - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with contractual agreements. - Manage the contract life cycle from initiation through completion. - Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure effective cost control measures across all contracts. - Maintain and update all contract documents regularly to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Required: - 1-6 years of experience in contract management within the real estate or construction industry. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. - Preferred qualifications include experience with residential construction projects and knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
