Role & responsibilities Understand RFQs, project specifications and prepare quotation for valve actuators (electric/pneumatics) and their spares in the expected timeline. Handle quick or urgent quote requests efficiently based on priorities. Address technical queries from internal and external customers related to our products. Coordinate with contracts/service people as and when required. Respond emails and phones promptly. Focus on details and assure quality quotations. Work towards customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation). 2 - 4 years experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook. Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products

Compare customer Purchase Order (PO) to quotation and project specifications to confirm accuracy and collaborating with Inside Sales and Engineering to resolve any PO discrepancies. Review, understand, and implement commercial and technical specifications to fully implement and adhere to the scope of PO. Schedule and chair project kickoff meetings with other Rotork personnel for large and/or complex orders as needed. Co-ordinate with regional sales & Service team for order executions. Generates MIS reports and circulate. Clarify any deviations, assumptions, or exceptions to customer specifications Order entry into MTMS with attention to detail and accuracy Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including order acknowledgements, promise dates, as well as any order updates or delays Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic knowledge of pneumatic and electric actuators, valves, mechanical systems Must demonstrate a high level of Customer Service. Motivated,self-starter and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Enthusiastic, goal oriented and eager to meet or exceed departmental objectives. Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Must be thorough, accurate, organized and reliable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word (intermediate level), Excel (intermediate level) and Outlook. Able to quickly learn and utilize business software.
