1. Understanding of contract terms, BOQ, and variation procedures, Ability to read and interpret contract clauses, drawings, and specifications, Proficiency in preparing claims data, event logs, and notices under supervision, Familiarity with MORTH, CPWD, FIDIC contract conditions and site reporting practices, working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and exposure to project ERP or contract modules preferred.
2. Support site contracts team in drafting notices, letters, and routine correspondence, Raise red flags to seniors on delays, disputes, or deviations for prompt action.
3. Maintain organized document repositories for contracts, drawings, approvals, and submissions, ensure all contract-related data is timely updated in trackers or MIS tools, Coordinate with planning and execution teams to collect data for claims preparation.
Candidate must have exposure of infrastructure sector.
