Review contract agreements, BOQs, tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
Prepare and manage contractual correspondence, claims, EOT, variations, and cost implications.
Coordinate with project sites for contract compliance, risk identification, and change management.
Support pre-bid and post-bid activities including technical/commercial evaluations.
Ensure adherence to contractual terms, statutory requirements, and client/consultant conditions.
Draft letters, notices, and contractual communications as per contract clauses.
Maintain contract registers, risk logs, and documentation for audits.
Liaise with legal, planning, QS, design, and procurement teams for contract-related issues.
Assist in dispute resolution, negotiations, and claim substantiation.
Provide contractual support for tunnels (NATM/TBM), hydropower, metro, and nuclear project packages.
