Contract : - Negotiations with subcontractors, Vendors, Preparation of WO & PO, Documentation, Subcontractors Bills Verification, Checking, Assisting Operation Head for finalizing rates, All Post QS & Contracts works- Vendor management, Vendor negotiation, Billing, Reconciliation, Taking quotes and finalising vendors for works. Addressing various issues from contractors for different claims, Planning and scheduling etc.
Maintaining Piece Workers and Contractor billing correspondence.
Monitoring and preparation of items rate analysis and Submit to Purchase Department.
Review and Certification of Daily labour bill and sub-agency bills.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering
36 years of experience in residential projects
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Language: Kannada mandatory
Bike: Required
