Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation, review, and administration of project contracts and subcontracts.
  • Monitor contractual compliance and ensure adherence to project timelines and cost parameters.
  • Coordinate with client and consultant on contract-related issues and correspondence.
  • Review tender documents, BOQs, and contract terms to identify commercial and legal risks.
  • Support in the preparation of claims, variations, and extensions of time.
  • Handle vendor agreements, work orders, and subcontractor management.
  • Coordinate with planning, billing, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain complete documentation related to contracts and correspondence.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4–7 years’ experience in

    contracts management

    for

    STP / WTP / EPC / infra / construction

    projects.
  • Strong understanding of

    contract terms (FIDIC / EPC / item rate contracts)

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    project documentation, billing coordination

    , and vendor finalization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
