Key Responsibilities:

Handle contract management and documentation for residential building projects
Review, prepare, and manage agreements with vendors, contractors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress and resolve issues
Maintain strong relationships with contractors and vendors for smooth execution

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Contract Engineer in residential building projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, agreements, and documentation
Ability to negotiate and handle vendor/contractor relationships
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of local construction regulations and practices

Qualification:

B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
