Contracts Engineer

As a Contracts Engineer with 5+ years of experience in managing engineering and construction contracts, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Detail study of tender documents, Preparation of pre-bid points, scrutinizing various general and special terms & condition of the contract. - Preparation of rate analysis of all civil items for the tender bid process. - Preparation of tender and contract documents including BOQs. - Preparation of site overheads for the tender bid. - Prepare and finalize the cost estimate. Maintain all files and data related to the project. - Quantity surveying of architectural, structural (including BBS) MEP works. Cross check it by preparing constant sheets. - Preparation of green schedule (budget) for the awarded contracts. - Calling for quotations from the contractors, taking quotations, negotiations & making comparative statements. - Coordinate with various design teams during the tender bid process. - Quantity surveying & rate analysis of precast structural members. Key Skills required for this role include: - Contract Drafting & Negotiation - Contract Lifecycle Management - Legal and Commercial Compliance You will be working on Full-time, Permanent basis with no salary constraints. The job location is in Pune. Experience in managing contracts for at least 5 years is required for this position.
