Shelke Construction Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. Note: The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Mivan shuttering technology and high-rise residential or commercial building projects . Experience: 5 to 10 years experience Roles and Responsibilities Manage site execution, supervision, and quality control for high rise building projects (residential and commercial). Oversee contractors' work, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and environmental standards on the construction site.
