Senior Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1.Site Execution & Supervision
-Plan, execute, and monitor all civil and finishing works as per approved drawings and specifications. -Supervise and guide site engineers, foremen, and labour teams to ensure timely completion. -Conduct daily inspections to maintain quality and safety standards on-site 2.Coordination -Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors for technical clarifications and approvals. -Liaise with procurement and stores teams for material requirements and timely availability. -Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager. 3.Progress Monitoring -Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress and submit reports to the management. -Identify delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to stay on schedule 4.Billing & Documentation -Verify contractor bills and assist in quantity measurements and certification. -Maintain accurate site records, as-built drawings, and material reconciliation reports 5.Team Leadership -Train and mentor junior engineers and supervisors. -Ensure effective communication among all site personnel. 6.Quality & Safety -Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with QA/QC standards and safety procedures. -Maintain site documentation, including checklists, quality reports, and safety logs.
