Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and control project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project.
Prepare project baseline programs and track progress against targets.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project execution.
Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare resource planning, manpower loading, and cost monitoring reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
Assist in tendering and bidding process by providing planning inputs.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Support in risk management and identify critical paths for timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
Good understanding of real estate / construction processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and lead planning activities for multiple projects.
