Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, plan, and develop residential and commercial real estate projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and quality.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, by-laws, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct site visits, review progress, and provide necessary design clarifications.
Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design practices.
Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to provide design inputs for presentations and brochures.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of architectural design, planning, and detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Good understanding of real estate project development.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
